is it just me or has there been an odd increase in the death of celebrities?

like.. theres that David person, the kung fu guy, then there was that British Actress who died from a skiing accident, then of course, Heath Ledger, and then Steve Irwin, and the cousins of that one singer...

no?

Celebrities and people die everyday.
It's just the ones we know best that seem to get realized.
None of the deaths seem to have hurt me with the exception of Irwin and Jackson today.

I was just watching Tv this morning (06:53 exactly) they had finished an interview about sleepwalking and then the host turns to the camera and goes "... and now back to the story of Michael Jacksons death.." and I was like "WTF???? MOM DID YA* HEAR!!!"

It was the last day of school and everybody was talking about it.

I don't think Alizee meant to come off as cold about Michael Jackson's death. Anyway, I was and still am a big fan of his music and his dancing. He was the Elvis Presley of our generation. Rest in peace, Michael. My thoughts go out to Farrah Fawcett and Ed McMahon as well.

That's not cold, the fact that she even bothered to post shows the total opposite. She also even bothered to link this nice video

I wasn't a big fan of Michael Jackson but one must admit his music and dancing were pure genius; he is surly one of the greatest entertainers in human history. I am still in shock he is gone, it is sad! Rest in peace.

This is something I didn't know about.

Quote:
Less than four months before Jackson's death, one of his biographers, Ian Halperin, revealed that Jackson had a secret library of over 100 unreleased songs which he planned to have released after his death to support his children.

Wow, he left so much behind.

^ Interesting indeed.

I can see he didn't want the songs to be released, but if his family wants all of his debts paid, I would release them shortly, now that everyone is willing to buy his stuff.

Although I was never really a fan of Michael or his music I believe every life is precious, my respect to MJ and my condolences to his family, friends & fans !!

Nobody lives forever, and no one really knows what's at the end of the tunnel. But life is not about how long you live, or where you'll go when it's time to go. It's about the quality of life you live and the memories you leave behind, therefore guard accordingly and enrich yourselves with the best things in your lives. Enjoy every second of every moment, for every moment is but a second less ~ Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that take our breath away...
