It's not fake. It's from the concert in Reims, where she was wearing contact lenses. That and a lot of other hijinks went on because it was the last show of the tour (not counting the special engagement at Paris Zenith one month later).

There's an article about it in ActuAlizee 5. They say you could see Alizée crying at the end of the gig.

ohh so its not fake,hmmm i watched the en concert DVD but it doesnt show that contactlens.. hmmm im a lil bit confused bout this! XD but that is really cool that she use that contactlens!

She only wore them at one show, marik: Reims on Dec 20th 2003. The DVD uses many dates, but primarily Paris in Aug 03 and Jan 04.
