Default Let's Get "Blonde" Played on the Polish Radio!

Hi! Me and other Polish Alizée fans have been trying to get Alizée's single played on a popular, mainstream Polish radio. It is not on the very top list yet but it may be added to if enough requests are sent . So we need as many requests as possible! It'd be nice if you could help.

No need to register . All you have to do is:
1. Go to Radio ZET's website - http://www.radiozet.pl/Programy/List...ojow-Radia-ZET
2. Look at the path "Lista propozycji". Next to "Wykonawca" type in: "Alizée"
3. Next to "Utwor" type in: "Blonde". Now it should look like this:

4. Done? Click that blue button saying "Zglos propozycje do listy".
5.

That means your request has been sent .

Thank you in advance!

I tried it and I did get that response, "Dziekujemy za propozycje". Seems like there is no limit on how often you can vote.

It means: "Thank you for your suggestion."

It does indeed. Kind of because it actually isn't voting but sending a request. And maybe it seems silly to be full of hope but the really impressing number of requests + the song's being catchy should make them play it at least a few times.

We've done similar things with other radio stations, mainly in France I believe. Sometimes these things seem like a long shot, but it doesn't take much to at least give it a try.

Are there any radio station which take requests on phone call and play the song according to the caller's choice? I know here we have some radio programs like that but they play Hindi songs.

I don't know any radio stations of this ilk yet it might be my ignorance and there are some .

Last year "Je veux bien" was quite often played on some rather minor radio station in Poland . It was kept no 1 for a few weeks! None of a commercial success but you know, it was heart-warming to hear a few words about our singer, enunciated by the speaker.

With "Radio ZET" things are much tougher but hey, you gotta aim high .

Is it not that radio stations throughout the world need the artist in question (i.e. Alizee) in this instance to have a licencing agreement with that country to enable them to play a song?
I would imagine that commercial stations have to pay a small royalty to the artist in question everytime they play one of their songs? If Alizee doesn't have a distribution deal in Poland (or other countries) then they cannot play her music without infringing copyright.
Indie radio stations probably don't care but i think it may be different for mainstream commercial stations.
Or i could be completely wrong :-)

One of the polish fans who is active on AF asked Sony Poland via email about Blonde. They answered him that they would send the single to polish radio stations, what they actually did, cause some small, local radios played the single few times

So I think license and copyright issues are not problem here.
