Movies that would have been better with Alizee
What movies would have been better with Alizee???
How about: The original Star Wars--- Alizee as princess Leia (instead of Carrie Fisher) The original Terminator--- Alizee as Sarah Conner (instead of Linda Hamilton) Titanic--- instead of Kate Winslet Aliens--- either as Ripley (instead of Sigourney Weaver), or as "Vasquez" |

She would have been great as Connie Corleone in The Godfather.
In that dramatic scene where she and her husband Carlo get in a heated argument and he chases her into the bathroom where he beats her with a belt, the tables would be turned. With Alizee playing the role, Carlo would come running out of the bathroom with his face bloodied up after she uses him as a kickboxing bag. |

How about her taking the place of Claudine Longet in this episode of the show 'Combat'.

The deepfake software will get better, as well as easier to use. In a few years, Alizee fans will be creating deepfake videos of Alizee just as Robert Rhein creates tribute videos today. For that matter, Robert Rhein himself will probably be creating deepfake videos of Alizee, putting Alizee in various movies and TV shows. (I'm being serious here-- I'm not joking.) |

I know you have posted multiple posts on deepfakes, but doesn't the whole concept seem kind of weird to you? It does to me. I would love to see Alizee act, but somehow superimposing Alizee's face into past movies... I can't seem to quite get into the idea. Maybe if I saw one I would change my mind. |

Mr Bean's holiday, instead of Sabine. It may be fun
I've never liked Leia: I find her quite annoying. Alizée could make her a very nice character

One of my all time favorite movies is “Frequency,” starring Dennis Quaid, John Caviezel and Elizabeth Mitchell. Elizabeth Mitchell was cast in the role because the director needed a woman who could “light up a room”—who was so innately likable that the devotion the other characters had to her would be completely believable. Elizabeth Mitchell definitely fit the bill beautifully. But I think Alizée would also have been spectacular in that part.

Technical. Different people have different physiques. Take height, for example. Many famous actresses are tall while Alizée is (relatively) short. Here's a small list for comparison: Geena Davis 1.83 m Sigourney Weaver 1.82 m Uma Thurman 1.80 m Nicole Kidman 1.80 m Charlize Theron 1.77 m ... Alizée 1.61 m If you put just a face of Alizée on an image of a tall actress, then anyone even a little bit familiar with Alizée's performances will notice that it is not her body. You can increase whole Alizée proportionally but then she will become too large when compared to other actors and setting. The proper way would be to put Alizée's image 'as is' but then you're facing with the problem of filling in parts of the picture that were previously filled by a larger actress but now are 'empty'. Where will you get the background that was previously covered by the actress and wasn't captured on film? Aesthetical. Do you really wanna see Alizée in scenes she doesn't played? It is kind of 'virtual violence'. Even if you overcome the technical difficulties described above, these scenes will look unnatural, and I think we all like Alizée mainly because of her naturalness. Maybe it would be better to pay more attention to the actresses played the original roles? Some of them are very talented and even charming, albeit not as beautiful as Alizée. At least, they are alive at that movies and not programmed 'robots'. There is a wonderful movie on this matter, Cherry 2000. I recommend you to watch it, if you haven't seen it before. |
