You should read The Millionaire Next Door. It's about people that live like middle class but who are extremely wealthy. Case in point: There is a family on our street who are millionaires. They are both doctors, he's a surgeon and she is an ENT specialist. They have two daughters who are in public schools. They shop at Walmart and Target. They clean their own house and care for their own lawn. The only extravagance they have are their vacations. Whenever they go it is first class all the way. Two years ago they took the whole family on Safari in Kenya. So to see Alizée wearing the same black leather jacket (btw I have the exact same jacket and I LOVE it ) is not that big of a deal. And people, like Alizée, don't need to be seen in different outfits to look successful. People like Alizée don't brag...they produce. Boom...explained!

I understand your point but she made clear that she didn't earn much money during her partnership with Mylène... and the two albums that followed weren't really successful, not to say that they were a commercial failure. Moreover, as I said, she always maintained a quite lavish way of life during the period of her relationship with Jérémy Chatelain, lots of travelling, private drivers, expensive wedding in LA, big house in ajaccio etc. (and the song 10ans now tells us that they also had a flat to pay back ) Knowing that she doesn't earn anything from Les enfoirés (except a little media coverage) and she has a daughter to take care of (travelling every month between corsica and paris, hiring a nanny when she's away ..) There's very little chance that she's a millionaire...
