Age doesn't really matter at all. I mean seriously, sometimes you get actors/actresses in their mid-20s playing high school students. Not to mention Jackie Chan being like a billion years old in The Forbidden Kingdom.

Besides, I think Johnny Depp is a fantastic actor, once he gets into character, I'm sure he'd do great.
