Firstly, I would like to thank Scruffy very much for doing this. When I first came across Alizee around this time back in 2006 when I first saw the Jen Ai Marre video, never would I have thought I would get an autographed CD of her. I was totally captivated by her. Thanks to Scruffy, I will finally be able to get an autographed CD of someone who I was totally obsessed over (Yes I admit it. ).

After I get her CD, this will probably the last couple of posts I make before I head into the sunset. I would like to thank Brad, (for those who are new to the site, he was the original founder of the site) for designing such a beautiful site. Of all the Alizee sites on the internet, this site EASILY takes the cake. I would like to also thank Ben for taking over the site and maintain it, along with all others who have donated their hard earned dollars to maintain this site over the years.

I originally started visiting this site right around the time of its founding in June/July of 2006 and lurked for a year before finally joining. For several years, this site was my second home, spent countless hours on the forums, and reading over every little news of Alizee, watching all the hosted videos of Alizee (yes there were hosted videos on this site) and her interviews that were on this site (those were the days!). Some may call such devotion time wasting; I would like to think it was time well spent because it has brought great joy to my life. I have stated before and I will say again, I can guarantee I will never join a forum and spend such time towards any other artist except Alizee. I would also like to add, Alizee has brought me greater interest in the country of France (even though I was interested in France before I met Alizee), she has created an interest in me of learning more about French culture, the country and one day I would love to, God willing, when I have the finances, to visit the lovely country of France.

I would like to wish all my friends on this site many of whom who have left years ago great success in their lives and their future endeavors as well as current members who I may not know very well.

It has been an interesting 7 years with its ups and downs.

CD arrived today. Spending all that time in France negotiating to get the cds signed, and then spending even more time back at home billing the people, then packaging and sending the albums through the mail etc is really generous from Scruffy. And it is not even the first time this happen!
