Well if you are refering to America, then no it has no emotional baggage or hatred.

So many people use the F-word, so it's value has decreased and no one cares if someone says Fu anymore....the F-word is for losers and someone needs to come up with a new cuss word

It's funny for American's to hear those words used so innocently in a song, especially when sung by such of a prominent group of respected singers. Over here, in America, the words "F..U" are very offensive and are generally used as such. For Europeans to understand how the words "F.. U" are seen over here (by most people, but not the "Yo! Yo! Yo! RAP crowd") it would probably be like saying, "You're mother is a whore!" Fighting words, definitely.

The words "F..U" are usually used (but not always) when trying to insult or belittle someone, or as we say, "get in someone's face." It's a cultural difference. Anyway, that's why I think it's so funny to see Les Enfoirés singing that song. Poor little Alizée.. I'm just glad I didn't see her lips saying those 2 magic words.

Well, there are always French ones. I think my favorite has to be "encoule une mouche," which literally means "go bugger a fly." Some others:

Fils de salope (lit. son of a cunt, equiv. to son of a bitch)
Je t'emmerde (equiv. to fuck you, lit. I fuck you)
Ta mere la pute (your mother the whore)
Tu et un ane (you and a jackass)
Tu manges la merde (you eat shit)

Yeah.. "Scrogged!" As in "The bitch Scrogged me!" This is an example of what one might say after a divorce settlement. You can used this word in place of "F***ed.
