Soy Alizee article?

Hi! I saw this article in Spanish, which was linked at one time on the front page of one site (I thought AFC?) but I can't find it except in teeny low-res here:

and I recall something about how it said at the front that "She has a strategy for conquering the US", but when I scanned through it, I didn't see much except mentions of other foreign acts like T.a.t.u. who had started breaking through. By my Spanish isn't what it should be so maybe I missed something. Is there any commentary on this article already? Thanks!
