i was asking this because i find it hard to believe that there aren't any leaks about her album.

There have been rumors and some information from studios and musicians involved in her album. I think it is a little odd that we haven't heard more, but I have a feeling this whole process from start to finish has had a number of uncertainties and setbacks associated with it. I don't think Alizée would announce anything to the public if she wasn't sure about it. I think its all coming together now and hopefully we will see something this summer of fall.

i mean c'mon, how long does it take to make an album?

or at least sing other people's songs like what she did for la isla bonita, ella elle l'a, etc.

Yes it's possible, since Alizée's old name (well, the logo) is property of Requiem Publishing.

Maybe we will see her release under alias Alizée Jacotey...
