I think you're correct with the last sentence, it's probably blocked in some countries including the US.

Maybe if I download it then share as a Google Drive file? Would there be a better way to share it?

Cool. I've got the video downloaded but it's taking a while to upload to Google Drive, might be a while until I can share it. I'll have to try later today or tomorrow when no one else is using the home internet.

It looks like the woman from the earlier video I posted is still active as a fan, and it looks like she's 32. She posted a video about the 20th anniversary of Moi Lolita, and I think it's the same woman in the previous videos. Auto translate doesn't work well on what she's saying, but I'm sure it's complimentary.
