Thanks Chuck! But just to be clear, the link I posted was to the American www.Amazon.com, not the French www.Amazon.fr. I didn't expect it to show up so soon on the American site. And yes, Amazon is very reliable and a legitimate site.

Speaking of the French Amazon, they are now showing 2 UEDS items. Notice the prices.

I don't know the answer to that. Amazon wouldn't be scamming anyone, but they may have made a mistake. Or could it be that the pricier one is some special edition, or THE special edition? I don't know. I'm hoping someone will have an answer. I already bought the pre-order, and I ordered 4 of the standard ones. If this is yet another edition, Alizée is gonna make me go broke!

I wonder if people should order from the American Amazon? If team Alizée is tracking what country sales are coming from, it would be nice if the USA fans got credit for their purchase, rather than it looking like all the sales were in France. Maybe it really doesn't matter, though. Any opinions?

I'm thinking the second, much more expensive item must be the special package with at least most of the stuff you guys pre-ordered.

I am definitely going to be buying my copy from Amazon U.S. If it turns out not to be the same as the European version, then I'll buy a second copy from France. But yes, I want to contribute to the tracking of American sales.

I think we should promote for people to buy the Import CD on the American Amazon so we will get credit for it showing her Americans bought the CD. That could help her promote more here and actually sell her stuff in stores here. And maybe an appearance. But this would all be for the album after UEDS. And I can't wait for that one too haha.

O and how did you pre-order the standard CD and not the import CD???

Until any info comes out to the contrary, I would assume the standard CD sold in France will simply be imported to the US. Therefore, its the same CD.

K thanks so much, cuz yah I'm not that familiar with IMPORT CD's. and I just looked at her previous IMPORT CD's on google and they just have the language written on the binding of the CD and everything else is the same. So that's a good thing

Go to bed, Alizée will be up at 6am (pacific).
And you know, after all of these years, maybe someone should try to ask Amazon how stuff gets tracked. I mean, even if you order from the French site, they have your address and certainly know that they are sending it to the US. So, it all depends on who pays attention and how they track stuff. I really wonder if any of that matters anyway. One thing, Alizée sure as hell is not going to chart in the US; so, if you contributed to her chart placement in France, that might be more meaningful. Oh yeah, i can probably come up with more of that kind of stuff, but enough for now.
