Jo posted on his Facebook that he is quitting. I take it as he will not be posting any more pictures on his Facebook page or maybe the Internet.

lol............Speaking of the Mayan calendar, I've heard two dates.......12/12/12 and 12/21/12. Which is right? I have a library book out and I'd like to return it before the end. You know how those late fees build up.

I wonder why he chose that date though. Is there some significance to it other than the Mayan calendar or the first day of winter?

Maybe having a facebook page makes him feel he is under some type of pressure to post pictures every so often and just doesn't want that. It's not as easy as it may seem. You have to wait for the right time of day, the right angle, the right wave, the right weather conditions, the unique circumstances that will set the picture you take, far and above what everyone else takes. So I imagine like I said, there is a certain pressure that he wants to escape, but was that just a ramdom date he chose or does it have some meaning to him? I would think it's just a good time to end it in time to sit back and enjoy the year end holidays.

12/21/12 is one date many speak of, however the 22nd to 23rd may be more accurate.

I can't seem to find his post now, I guess he deleted it, but I was looking at it last night and at the comments. Someone asked him if it was because of the end of the world, and he said no, and that he'll instead stop on November 21. Well, it was all in French so I think that's what it said.

That was what I got out of the posts and his replies. I don't know if he was joking or not. On the side of the coin as they say he has stepped up the number of pictures he posting each day.
