by one way or another they stumbled (you know they're a bunch of computer geeks) across Alizée in that little sailor suit number and when they saw the fish they went nuts and started coding

lol i they did a great job on imitating the JAM dance. the Disco one was good too. the others are ok except for the Michael Jackson one. that was great. of course, heres my chance to shine (and to some really mean ppl, to be ridiculed) Besides being an avid Alizée fan, im just as enthusiastic about MJ. Yes, im one of those crazy fans you see on tv doing the dance moves . But im one of the ones that can do it for real, no cheap imitations and im proud of that . Heck, even my sig is an unreleased MJ song.

ps. if you are an MJ hater, keep it to yourself, theres no room for hate here.

I use to play this it took to much of my life away. My brother plays it non stop and I cant go to sleap because of it lol. I have to weak up early in the morning and every night I have to keep telling him shut up or ill cut that freaking internet cable. Lol he dont what to type the dam conversation instead like a dum a@@ i bought him the mic, now I regreat it lol.

From what I've read, it was the French-based developers who put the dance in. For example, here's the company overview of Activision Blizzard from Wikipedia (emphasis mine):
