Personally, every AAm member I saw looked like a teddybear of awesomeness.
They were incredibly adorable in their stupor and affection, with smiles all around.
I just wanted to hug them all, they seemed so friendly.

Yes indeedy. She was also at the autograph signing in 2007, got there about an hour or two after we did (my memory isn't super clear, but our "entourage" got there when the doors opened at 10am, and she arrived some time after we had all had time to by our fresh-off-the-shelves copies of Psychédélices but were all still standing around in the foyer). She actually came over to us and greeted us in typical french fashion, with a couple of air kisses on the cheaks (still the only person so far I've been greeted that way by). Her perfume actually lingered on my cheek for a few hours which was neat in its own way. Cooney was the most competent in French, so he really did most of the talking for us. I was able to convince Jessica to pose for a picture with me, which she obliged with a smile. I've never posted it since I've never been comfortable posting her picture without her permission (I still need to make the effort to do that)... but Ben can surely attest that it happened as he was standing right there.

The line formed up around 3pm, and Alizée wasn't due to arrive till 6pm, so for much of the time in line, Jessica was no more than 5-10 feet away with a group of friends... Though anyone who's a real Alizée fan knows who Jessica is and she was probably the only person there that was able to get out of line for a while and come back to her spot without a hint of argument. One other cute/cool thing about Jessica was that she had this button on that said (now my french recall here may be off) "Vu a TV"... essantially "As seen on TV." It was cooly fitting

I kinda have one other Jessica story (not nearly as good though); I think I'll save it for another time

Oh before. Like CFHollister said, we all saw him at the autograph session in December 2007, and Jo's been posting occasional pictures of Alizée ever since.

Yup. Though not to brag, but I spent the whole next day hanging out with Jessica and a few other fans at the recording for NRJ Studio Live. She's a nice girl.

I soooo wish I could've stayed through the next day or two, with you. But alas I had to fly out the next day because I had already a substitute teaching job already lined up... and the unfortunate fact that my debit card expired on the day I flew out to Paris, which I didn't discover until I tried to use it in an ATM on the Champs Élysées on the evening before the signing

i say that we all book tickets to her next concert as a group. who knows? maybe they'll give us a group discount.

I wish I could also have been there at the signing session, but yes I also came to know her almost at the same time and got aware of the signing session only later, when it was already a past. I really wish I could meet all the awesome fans of Alizee......
