Alizee doesn't need glasses. The picture of her wearing glasses shows that there is no correction in the glass because her face behind the lens is not bent by the lens at all.

I don't see how it could be any clearer,

but there were rumors flying around for a while that she had done some semi/nude modeling (I'm sure you've seen a pic or two)

Nopes. I think she told that when she showed for once(her boxers, only once) and not throughout all her performances. I think it happened during the practice session of JPVA, when she was wearing the blue one.

Ah yes, I remember where I read about this. I was on the MF International (Mylene Farmer) forums. They are quite an old forum, and have an Alizée forum that goes back to sometime in 2003 at least. You should check it out if you have not already, fascinating stuff for us Alizée-Archeologists who like to dig way back.

Anyway, there is one thread there from people who went and saw the FIRST En Concert. One of the most odd things that happened, was Alizée bending over, flipping up her skirt and showing the audience her undies. It was recounted by more than one person, so it's probably true. I guess there was a bit of scandal over it, and she didn't do it again. I mean, it's not like she didn't show her skivvies during earlier performances.

That's my take on it.

I think you are talking about this video. (Which is pretty funny, mostly because you can hear people in the crowd getting a little worked up!)

A much higher quality, but shorter and no sound, and it has a STUPID title. If that's SEX, I've been doing it wrong! SEXY... YES! (I mean, it kinda hard NOT to show your bloomers in a skirt that short.. you'd think they had just seen the promised land... well, I guess they did get kind of close. )
