It's actually called a cramp.

When it happens, straighten out your leg and try to curl the top of your foot towards you in order to stretch out the calf muscle as much as possible. This usually stops the cramp.

This method works for me every time.

Yes I too enjoy my vodka and other liquors in moderation of course. and I too detest tequila.

1) The closing of Stage6 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!

2) Deleting all your videos on your host server for the purpose of re-encoding them to make them mobil ready, only to find out that you didn't have to delete them in the first place...

3) Realizing that by selecting to make them mobil ready they don't look as good as embedding them like you normally do, the quality is affected only slightly but enough that you can notice it on your computer screen ;-(
