No. She does know some English, but it's not fluent. Her English is good enough to read this forum, but not good enough to easily carry on a conversation. (At this point, I believe my French is somewhat better than her English, and I am not fluent in French.)
However, I think we all should encourage her. She has the basics, and just needs to immerse herself in a country where English is spoken for a while, in order to master the language. Can anyone suggest a country that fits that description?
