Alizée as Las Vega headliner?

We all know that Alizée was married in Las Vegas, and perhaps now we have a better idea why. According to the recent issue of <i>Libération Next</i><blockquote><i>The ex-Lolita, did you know, is: super good at video games, a
real geek, into golf which she plays with her husband, and above
all, poker champion, who already beat "all of Jérémy’s pals."</i></blockquote>The recent <a href="http://alizeeamerica.com/letter.pdf">open letter</a> to Alizée states:<blockquote><i>You already have many fans in the USA. We are very passionate about your music, and would like to extend an invitation and request for you to perform in the USA ...If there is anything we can do to help in that regard, please let us know.
</i></blockquote>Well, Alizée would need a place to perform and someone would have to book her appearance. What do you think of her potential to perform in Las Vegas? I would definitely go to the show. I wouldn't blow life savings or monthy savings though. I wouldn't do that to see any human being. I would spend money for the trip for the expressed purpose of seeing Alizee though and drop a few bucks in the casino's between shows. Yea I didn't studder. I would probably have to see a number of her shows to be satisfied or at least somewhat content lol.

Umm... being an act at Vegas isn't, well, always a GOOD sign. For example: Britney Spears after the whole head shaving thing. To do well there you have to have a certain Vegas vibe. Can you say the epitome of exploitative trash-glitz meets recycled-has-been?

I'd definitely see it... since it would be a one time show.

Alizée could perform in Vegas once or twice (which I think she won't.... ever), but you can take to the bank that she will never move to the US (permanently) for work.

I would go anywhere in US/Canada to see her perform. Her new album is nice.

Vegas would prob be the wrong message... need to be somewher thats NOT called "Sin City" maybe more like east coast... maybe like New York.

Alizée is just too classy (and just too.... well... Alizée) to be a Vegas star.

I still don't understand why the hell she would get married; A, in a different continent let alone a different country and B, why the hell she chose Vegas.

Vegas is the city of cigarettes, botox, fake tans, casinos, and cheap and cheesy shows.

Vegas doesn't deserve Alizée, and quite frankly... I'd be surprised if even one person in all of the city is familiar with Alizée and would be sober enough to watch her show (and appreciate it for it's worth, not its body or anything like that)
