That's quite a responsibility, and I think it shows that France definitely hasn't lost faith in her as an artist. Luckily for them, Lili's the best person they could have possibly chosen for the job. I'm certain she'll do her country proud.
Which other countries are participating? Could be a big publicity opportunity for her!
