Default Spider-man

So, in my efforts to create a worth while, off topc thread, I realised earlier that there must be at least a few other spider-man fans on this forum. So, here we can discuss anything Spider-man. Anything. I put the poll to make it a bit more interesting, just the continuity you like best. For me it is ultimate. Also, feel free to post video games, movies, tv, and of course, comic book related material. Tell us you favorite villains, crossovers, what have you. Go venom!

WOLVERINE!

I find this picture to be very appropriate for the both of us.

You know Spider-man would totally kick Wolvie's butt! He even had a symbiote, and Spider-man still whooped him!

HA! You wish. Spider, aka Peter Parker will die of old age, while Wolverine lives on.

Therefore, Wolverine wins.

That's why Spider-man died and came back from the dead, better than before! Also, he ripped wolverine in half with his bare hands!

... are you on drugs?! That was the hulk that ripped him in half. Either way though, Wolverine healed from that.

'sides, one stab from any of Wolverine's claws, and ol' Peter's going to the hospital.

And when the heck did Spiderman die and come back from the dead?

Spiderman ripped what I like to call 'WolVenom' (check my new bad-arsenal avatar) in half in 'Spider-man Web of Shadows'. As for Spidey's resurrection, look for the story line called 'the other'. It was like '06 or '07.

hahaa, I haven't actually read any of the comics. All that I know is from what I read on Wikipedia.

I got pretty excited for the X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie so I did some extra reading.

Yeah, that's how I know most of what I do. But I did actually go out and pay cash money for physical copies of the complete Ultimate Venom storyline. Had to be able to read it after I played the game, Ultimate Spider-man. Which, I must say, was bad arsenal! Who wouldn't love playing as Venom? Epic freaking pwnage!

Yee-uh. Movies were fine. But Topher Grace sucked. Why be Venom, if you spend 99% of the time with the Venom face pulled back. Also, the butler guy sucked. Why wait that long to reveal the truth? 'Oh crap, you got grenaded in the face? Man, I could have stopped that. Guess now's as good a time as any to tell you I could have stopped that. My bad. Well, spidey was right, your dad killed himself.' My response would have been 'Dude, you're freaking FIRED!' But it's k, they are revamping the series anyways.
