She's leading him on shamelessly, just using him to have a good time. The character Alizée plays in that video is not a very nice person.

I thought about that, and it's certainly entertaining to see her play such a role. It's not very believable either, imo. I just don't see her hitting ANYONE up for money. Although if she did, it's conceivable that guys like me would be a sucker for her...and that's coming from a guy who generally doesn't fall for anyone very often.
