Wow that is rare, someone at a big company like Xbox would be nice. Never nice to after 2 weeks of not having Xbox because of my red ring.

When it comes to being on hold for a long time with something so small I would be annoyed
 . Never for Alizée she can keep me on hold for a day if I have too.
