If you are talking about the blond girl in the Gif, this is not Nathalie Pechalat. Its Camille LOU, a singer.
They share a kiss in the famous DALS number.

it’s not Nathalie Péchalat, it’s Camille Lou, a French singer, during season 6, there’s an episode, old people came back and obviously for Grégoire, it could only be Alizée

Thanks bebert. The hair styles looked similar, but this made me think, at the end of the 5th season, did Alizee present the trophy to the winner?
