How athletic is Alizée?

The main reason I'm asking is gather info for another promotional effort of mine.

So how athletic is she? We know she was into kick boxing amd we've seen her on a jet ski, so does she ever still go through the motions, or has she given that up since she's become a mom?

We know she's a big soccer fan. Has she ever kicked the ball around herself, even if it was just with friends?

She obviously stays in good shape, but she isn't an athlete. I have a hard time understanding the point of the question.

Like I said it was for a promotional effort of mine. If you had seen the thread where I first discussed it, you'd know why.

I think she is very athletic. You can tell by her body too, she looks very buff. Also she is a great dancer which undoubtedly adds to her agility. Also if you have seen pictures (there's many different ones) of her jumping, she jumps pretty dam high. Furthermore she has plays a little soccer and also said she surfs as well as jet skis so I think she is very athletic. Even though she is a mom now and probably past her prime I still think shes a natural born athlete.
Anyone who boxes has to be an athlete..... it takes everything plus more out of you so you have to be in shape for it.

We know for sure she was extremely athletic in her teenage years because we saw her on the jet skis and everything else that's been pointed out.

Lets not leave out her dance classes! I'd definitely say dance is a form of athleticism too because of the stretching that's involved, and also a friend of mine who is heavily involved in dance classes says her class is required to do an exercise regimen if they're not practicing to stay in shape for what they're required to do. Dancing can be a very strenuous, demanding activity. I'm not sure if she still dances at all, but that's still a good past example.

In fact, with her rumoured pop album coming out, if she plans to dance I wouldn't be surprised if she were already working out or dancing to prepare for that. It would be a good idea.

Azhiri is right about dancing, it can be very tough! Alizée has also talked about how hard it was to both dance, AND sing during En Concert. You have to be in RLY good shape to be able to have that level of control over your voice, and still dance as she did.

She still looks like she is great shape still today, Im sure she spends a lot of time running around and playing with her daughter.

Damn right she does.. well I still swear she can fly but she just won't show us.

This one from 2008 is probably the last time anyone captured the Lili jump on film as far as I know.

Of course dancing is tough .... any sport where you are doing a lot of body movements is tough and takes a lot of energy and muscle endurance. For example some of the best sports for your body are very similar to dance just not made to look "pretty" ... examples being running, swimming, rowing, football, soccer, and of course boxing (which is dancing in a way, whenever I box I always have music going to give my punches and steps some rhythm). I actually think boxing is sorta very similar to dance, especially when your on your toes shifting your weight back and forth as fast as you can to keep moving. We all know Alizee is a great dancer who has also stated that she knows many forums which definitely adds to her case of being an athlete.

Probably one of the most strong small size girl in shobitz I've ever seen. She have a very muscolar body, you can easily see this as she moves on her classic stage performance.
And the kind of muscolar definition she shows on that famous paparazzi beach shoot is definitive impressive to me. Not only definition but also "very grow up and toned" for her bdy size. Probaly Just singer Pink looks bigger...and she has not that class....
That was one of things who catch me in mine early fan years...and still working!
