Alizee an option for riot control?
What about this:
Instead of using batons, rubber bullets, tear gas, dogs, shields and men in combat gear, or high pressure hoses or super loud ultra-sonic noise for mob/crowd or riot control, any nations Police forces could easily put together the following: A mobile platform with large screens attached, two big on the side and smaller ones elsewhere outfitted with superb sound systems, to make essentially a mobile Alizee concert, SO: When the masses get hostile, they roll the Lili-pacifier-mobile in and and let rip, the angry crowds would be IMMEADIATELY spellbound, halting all hostilities instantly, now while everyone is immobilized by Alizee's hotness, the police can move in, OR They could just keep on playing Alizee video's until the entire crowd is inebriated with Alizee addiction, being opened mouthed wide eyed and and sort of repeating the mysterious lyrics which I'm sure only Alizee herself really understands, in this state the people would be EASY to control, arrest, or just leave there in the road staring. Of course it could have it's lethal applications, too much Alizee could induce Alizee-adoration-coma's, which most of the fans here are possibly in a semi-state thereof, unquestionably such a vehicle would have to be used responsibly. But the point is, could we use Alizee for Police purposes?

Ahh, man, you've got one of the most brilliant senses of humor I've ever seen. Love reading your posts.
Anyway, this whole idea reminds me a lot of how they did crowd control in Brave New World - only much, much better and more effective.

In all honesty, if you were to roll anything through the streets... it would get people's attention. Rioters expect police but if you roll in a concert instead... they'll be all like... "wtf?". And it's just unfair if it's Alizée too. These people are human, they make mistakes! Rioter or not, they're all gonna die if they do it!! Can't have potential fans, wait, awe-stricken, dumb-founded, wide-eyed, law-abiding fans die!

You wold have to be careful that you wouldn't cause more rioting when the masses demand more Alizée and she isn't providing any.
