Weeeell....no. There was a "Second World" (Communist countries after WWII), but the term has mostly fallen out of use...just like "First" and "Third" aren't really used anymore. Furthermore, those "worlds" were not in rank-order. The "First" world wasn't more developed than "Second" world; it was mostly an arbitrary decision to call one "first" and the other "second."

But like I said, those terms aren't really used anymore because, among other reasons, they are too simplistic.
