It doesn't come up as an online purchase, that's why. My BF got an email from Visa asking to authorize a purchase made in Clichy, France.

Not sure if I ordered or not, I heard from the fraud department at my bank and told them that it was a legit charge, but now I have not heard back about my order and the charge is listed as pending.

Does anybody know if, when your card gets flagged for fraud and you clear that up, you have to make the order again?

I told my bank it was not fraud and now the charge is listed as "pending" and I have not heard any more from my bank clarifying the transaction or Sony saying that my order went through.

Call your bank. If it is cleared up you're okay. The bank usually freezes suspicious payments without entirely canceling them until they get definitive notice from the car holder. If anything your payment just got delayed with Sony... no biggie... you can try calling Sony to be sure as well.. call the US number.
