Okay, I'm done listening to the entire album. Maybe, I'm bias to the other songs because I've heard them before but, I really like Happy End, Dans Mon Sac, Jeff Veux Bien and of corse, ACDLA! I'll listen to the entire album again probably 3X tonight!

BTW, my order no. Is 0187.

Just listened to it once straight through.

First comment: phenomenal instrumentation. Everything. Some of the vocal melodies underwhelm, but I would say this is mostly pretty solid. My favorites are "Je Veux Bien", which appears to be popular, "Le Dernier Souffle" which just rocks, and I actually have to say I really like "Si Tu Es Un Homme".

But the standout track on here, which I think sounds twice as inspired as any of the others, is "Happy End". Alizée's vocals on this cover the perfect range, the music sounds incredibly full and exciting....<3

I agree that "Happy End" is a cracker - a foot-tapping Motown sound that's impossible to sit still to - and then there's her spine-tingling pronunciation of " 'appy" and I'm in love all over again . . .

Also not alone. I've gnawing at my limbs when scrolling down these forum pages for the last month trying to sift through all the reviews, predictions, critiques, etc. so I can have an unbiased listening of it on Monday morning. Would have been listening to it 3 days ago had I been near my school to get it from the post office!!!

Can't wait til I can get it Monday morning...I'm back but the post office doesnt open until then.
