Man, that brings back memories. I used to watch that show all the time.

I think the reason a lot of characters aren't in there, and why Goku is a youngin, is because its based off of the older stories.

Vegeta really doesn't come in until that.

Have you never watched the original Dragonball series?
Piccolo appears there, he was one of the first major opponents of Goku.
He only became an ally a bit in DBZ.

yeai watched little Dragonball, i was a fan of DragonBall Z

i watched the original db and read a few of the original comics... still this movie will be worse than the power ranger movies!

They could have at least cast people that looked a little like the original characters

Reminds me of the Dead or Alive movie. And thats a bad thing.
