Well, it was insured by the seller, so he gets his money back, and I'm getting another copy shipped to me.
So really the carrier (UPS/FedEx/whoever) paid for it...and I just paid in lost time (18 days since I ordered it). One of these days, I will be able to watch En Concert on my TV...

i feel your guys pain
i too recently purchased an item off of ebay that is not coming i pay for the item the instant i win the bid, it cost me $117 7 days and no response from the seller ugh
