Note the reference to Waterloo, which was multiple puns: Waterloo analogous to Stalingrad in the failure sense, the Corsican Connection with Napoleon, and at a more subtle level, the Tempête connection with Alizée and the tone of this thread....a triple entendre....Mylène would be proud, yes?

I liked that and i like hearing Alizée speak English, but it really is somewhat disheartening to know that she really doesn't know much English, as she has said. So, maybe she could understand some of what I might want to say to her, but probably not have much to respond back with, though maybe if it was rather simple. Other people, in Paris for example, said they talked to her in English.
