not sure about running, but i think in one of hte interviews she said she took kickboxing i think or some other martial arts.

as far as I know no running, actually she pointed out that she has problems in the back in the same interview she talked about kickboxing

yea she said she did kick boxing, but that doesn't take as much leg muscle as you would think..... she looks jacked~!

Besides the weight of Alizee's awsomeness she has always done formal dance. I think that creates that muscular definition even more defined on such a fine physic as Alizee possesses.
