Yes, she posted the photos in her instagram stories, which last 24h and then are removed.

By now, with the visit to the studio last fall and other occasion where she said hello to us, she must know well the name of the Alizée America forum and with other fans sites falling by the wayside, it must be nice for her to know we are still here.

It was very good luck that through Blanche we found a store Alizee likes and has shopped in before and good luck that there were two, wonderful women working there who were very kind to us in our dealings with them, not to mention the lady who designed and printed the card who usually gets paid for something like this but insisted on doing this for free.

Thanks to CleverCowboy and Bamagirl for heading up this effort and of course thanks to all the members who took part in it and another thanks to Bamagirl for getting a friend do come translation work for us.

I'm confident that one reason we received this most unusual response has to do with the direct contact Alizee has had with Scruffydog over an expanse of years. He has been to three or four of her autograph signings in which he spoke to her directly, and she might even remember seeing him during some of her performances when he was in the audience. His last meeting with her at the dance studio has to be especially memorable. His behavior was courteous and businesslike, none of the embarrassing fawning that many fans mistakenly indulge in. I think we owe him a bit of gratitude, not only for the attention he has drawn from Alizee to our group but for the many services he performed directly for members of AAm. I'd also like to thank Clevercowboy and Bamagirl for the contributions they made to turn our gift into the success it has enjoyed. Thank you all.
