Hmm, some results are quite obvious ones , but some are pretty interesting on the site.

Some people really don't know how to type Alizée correctly..

With "Alizee" , Google search "alizee" and "Alizée".
If you write with accent, only french result will appears.

Interesting, I got the following:

Alizée = 471000
Alizee = 3950000
Mylène Farmer = 6640
Mylene Farmer = 2150000

This game is just based on random results, like flipping a coin, not Google search results or anything else.
