Yeah, AF tends to get news, pictures, and videos, faster than AAm; but I just don't like AF that's why I don't visit it, and I don't really know why, like Fèvier said I "just get a bad vibe from AF."

It's not really because it's strict, I guess I just don't like the community at AF, yes I know that AAm and AF have a lot of members in common, but I've read some posts and threads at AF that have really pissed me off.

It seems like they have no discussion threads there haha, cause people don't post in them since they are to afraid to get yelled at for any off-topicness. They are very organized there and try to keep it that way, so many mods too.

...yah they are quite negative and are pretty much all super harsh critics, I do like some there though.

As I said before, I visit AF regularly and I do have respect for that site. I am a member there but I don't post. I think it's good that there are a number of Alizée sites, each one with a different style and culture, so to speak, so that every Alizée fan can find a home where they feel comfortable. I'm glad there are people here who are happy with this site, but sometimes I think it's a bit unfair to critique another Alizée site too much, because we are really all in this thing together, and together we are stronger.

And let's not forget the hard work and personal expense that goes into owning and maintaining any site. Their vision may be different than ours on how best to serve the Alizée fan community, but I would never question their good intentions. I wish all the Alizée sites the best of luck.

Heck, I guess I'll just join and never post. Just keep my ears open for Alizée news and whatever picture pops up. Seems to me most of the new news we get here comes from there anyhow.
