It's an interesting thing that if one goes through their Control Panel to Category of 'Language Options' and changes over to, say, the Russian keyboard, that through the ALT+XXX system on that format that one can easily come up with both capitol and lower case English letters but I can't find a system that uses the Cyrillic alphabet through the ALT+XXX system on an English alphabet keyboard. The Western Hemisphere is light years behind for the so-called 'information highway' of the Internet. IMHO

well in some cases, we required to use capital letter "E" with ALIZEE.. so watchu gonna do?

we have to replace "E" with "É" hehe

code: ALT + 144 = É

so finally we got it! ALIZÉE

Actually, the easiest way to do it is to take your left hand, reach over the top of your head and pull up on your right ear, take your right hand and reach into your left pocket, cross your eyes, sing hail to the chief backwards and hold your breath for one hundred and twenty seven seconds. Once you're done, é will magicaly appear.

OP needs to bookmark this http://www.starr.net/is/type/altnum.htm & with time you'll be able to do the usual accent letters without thinking twice (or just set up your keyboard for us-international).
