Yes indeed that is W9, but the W9 stream is 720p with high compression.

I'm a little puzzled by this but then again I'm easily confused. I remember seeing the show back in 2014. At the time, I thought maybe it was a one time show of the top 50 songs of the past 30 years, but reading through this thread, I guess this show has been going on for years? Now if I get this right, they are going to name the top "queen" of those past years and we already know it's going to be Alizée?
One thing about the 2014 show, I believe this was her first public appearance as a non-blonde, after the blonde era, so I think that was a dye job and quite frankly, I didn't like it.

It's a rebroadcast of the 2014 “Les 30 ans du Top 50” series, specifically “Les 30 ans du Top 50 – Les reines du Top 50” (“30 years of Top 50 – The queens of the Top 50”), so not the show, but the first part of the video with the classic Tapis Rouge Moi... Lolita performance of 7 October 2000.
The Top 50 started in 1984, that's why it was 30 years in 2014, which also confirms it's a rebroadcast. It'll be aired in high quality, so that's great. And hopefully a lot of people will see it who haven't seen it yet.
