I'm same way, I have down loaded a lot of stuff that I have on vinyl from the seventies and eighties. The last three CD's I bought since 1997 were the Offspring, another was the Brian Setzer Orchestra around 2000 and the Donna's in 2003. Since finding Alizée I have bought all her material.
At first I downloaded it to see if I was willing to spend money on the CD's and DVD. The DVD took me almost a week to download at 7.9 Gig's.
But after listening to her for just a few weeks I just had to have all of her factory fresh CD's and the DVD. I'm sorry but I'm not wasting my money buying crap music.
All I have listened to in the car is talk radio or Alizée for over the last two years.

Well, I had hundreds of "vinyl" albums. I skipped the 8 track revolution, but did buy into the cassette format somewhat. I have quite a few cds now, but I do tend to listen to talk radio/public radio or podcasts. I do purchase all of my stuff and btw, I am 55.

Terry

I did just buy a 42 inch lcd tv and wired in bose speakers in the walls around the living room. I supposed the En Concert would be "hot".

Thumbs up

Terry your system is not complete without En Concert!

I just ordered every "Alizee" piece of music from Amazon that was in stock and missing from my collection. I'm a long shot from catching up to Cooney and RMJ, but since I ordered all of it expedited, my bill was up there! My credit card company thought it was fraud and called me up to verify. I gladly told them it was me.

Well, if your DVD doesn't play PAL, you're going to have the same trouble with En Concert. Luckily, the cheaper your player, the more likely it is to play PAL.

Hey anyone want my old worn out "records" that my parents left to me: let's see, America (which I like), Seals and Crofts (which I like), Crosby Stills and Nash (which I like), Santana, Cat Stevens, Janis Joplin (I think), Ravi Shankar, Jethro Tull, Beatles, etc... I used to have a record player and still listened to them a few years ago, but it broke down and I decided I needed to have better equipment and only CDs now anyway. Still haven't been able to bring myself to toss them though (or see if any music store would want the decent condition items). Of course, you'd have to come pick 'em up.
So then, I'll just have one vinyl record of Alizée.

Hey! Why does it say this on Amazon.com:
Psychedelices [DUALDISC] [EXPLICIT LYRICS]
Do I just need to get that translation already or did someone at Amazon **** up?
