They're ocarinas! Clay flutes! They're magical!
They're also symbolic of the Legend of Zelda series, where ocarinas made an appearance in four (I think) of the games. Particularly The Ocarina of Time. Come on, Wasab', don't you play Zelda?

^That game is The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. It was the first game that had an ocarina in it, but they called it ‹the flute› instead of an ocarina.

(There once was a time when I wore my full link suit, sword and shield over shoulder, ocarina at my side, and would play the entire game of Ocarina of Time pretty much every saturday) Goddamn I want to get this ocarina so bad.
