May I suggest the Martial Arts may be the way to go. I trained with a man 20years ago in Kempo who was in his fifties with severe arthritis. He said it was the only thing that helped.

A soft art, something like Tai Chi may help increase your flexibility. Even Yoga may help you over the long run.

I wouldn't recommend a combat martial art with a bad back.

I have a preference for the white dress by designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, which I wore on television sets for singing the single Gourmandises. I wore a big belt with “Miam Miam” written on it, and big white boots.

Lilly and I are on the same page on this one. Nice to see she agrees with me.

Uh, this was from 2003. Is "Thai Boxing" not good? Well, I certainly hope she keeps up with whatever works forever. She seems to be doing fine so far (though of course now I sort of worry about her a little, but try not to).

Thanks for the ontopic photo edgar :-P I'll have to find that post and try to figure out who that is or when that was taken. I really hate that imageshack renames files.
