Google Image Search didn't find one. I don't think it exists on the Interweb.

I don't think anyone (except few) has original/full picture. If I'm not wrong then this was profile pic of her private profile way back in 2011(?). So the image that could have been seen publicly was like 180 x 180 and it is already a larger version of that picture.
