Nice that they went to a concert together.  In a magazine article several years ago, Alizee surprised me by criticizing Ariana as being vulgar. I was surprised because I had never seen her criticize anyone before and didn't think that was a good idea, fearing some professional backlash. Ariana is a giant in the business and Alizee is a very small fish.

In addition to her love of dance (remember, she initially signed up to dance - her friend signed her up to sing) I believe she has always sought to be part of a professional couple.
With Jeremy, she thought it would be in singing, but he was not up to the task. With Gregoire she has found her partner. He is up to the task but, as she is the celebrity, she has to be careful to not unnecessarily steal the limelight from him. She sometimes simply has to be his... wait for it... partenaire. She is trying her best to make them "work" as a professional couple. I believe she really wants this. I also believe this is one reason why we are not seeing her pursue anything solo.
