it is J'en Ai Marre, for some reason they just had to change the name of the song.

Are the words the same and everything? I thought that it might be different like "I'm Fed Up."

Yup, equal to French version.

Name was changed for Japanese markets since "J'en Ai Marre !" wasn't appropriate for their markets. Cute girl like she can't be that fed up.

Quite obvious indeed, they were afraid that it would have sounded like she's saying "I'm fed up of those biscuits". Not very positive for their product

Yeah, they can't have their Lolita being fed up or upset. Culturally more acceptable to just have it called "My bubble bath." I think there are multiple countries where they did this actually, though I won't swear to it here.
