After months of waiting for them to be released, plus an additional month of waiting for my store to get them, I am now the very proud new owner of:



It was everything I dreamed it would be. And I got 10% off.

I got one of these along with a few other special edition Tolkien books(the Hobbit, illustrated with the dragon on the front and gold lettering, the Silmaril illustrated, the green leather bound LOTR), blew $350 at Barnes and Noble's one day I'd have to crack it open but IIRC the pages are 'gold gilded' like a typical bible and the text is in red ink.

Well, it isn't a subscription but the rest is basically spot-on. You just buy whatever games you want that they have (and they have a LOT of games), and while you play them you can chat with friends. It's basically a combination of GameStop and Netflix but with an instant messenger attached.
