The pre-Jeremy years.
 There, I said it. Someone had to say it.  If I had to pick a year, it was definitely 2003. It was Alizee's coming out year - from jailbait to sexy woman. Alizee in her defining black outfit which is still mesmerizing to see. Despite lower album sales of MCE, it was far better than Gourmandises and it really showed off her vocal range with hard pop to ballads. Her live performances of Jen ai Marre, Jai pas vingt ans, and A contre-courant were out of this world because she looked so perfect in all of them.  Even though it may have seemed to be oversaturation at the time with a hundred performances on TV with these hits, I'm so glad they were recorded and preserved for future Alizee fans. Each performance was unique and I'm still picking out a smile here or a hand gesture there.

I'm sure there has been many magical moments throughout the years for us all but for me personally I'd have to say the early years were the most magical ones. Alizée was riding the crest of a high and beautiful wave and for those of us who were there.. we were too.
Well to keep it short and sweet, my most magical years were 03 -04- 05 - 07
