LOL, on this site, who would DARE disagree with that?

Actually I've always had a fetish for green-eyed redheads. I made the mistake once of blurting that fact out to my girlfriend, who at that time was of Indian ancestry -- decidedly neither redheaded nor green-eyed.

(Yes, I, too, can sometimes exhibit the brains of a below-average turnip.)

Actually in my second novel, which I just finished, I have as the two main female characters both a green-eyed redhead AND a mediterannean brunette. Can't lose!

I don't believe you about the "below" average turnip! I think you could at LEAST get "average"!

And grats on your 2nd novel being finished my friend! Hope its already sold?

Anyway - Grats!

Speaking as someone from Great Britain , albeit from these devolved northern lands , that particular description is way off the mark for me personally.

For instance , my wife is a 5'9'' brunette with brown eyes.We co-own our home and earn roughly the same income.Modesty prevents me from rating her bedroom abilities but no complaints here .

These kind of surveys are just made as good space fillers in papers and magazines. As stated in earlier posts , anyone looking for their identikit partner will be sorely disappointed..It is far more important to connect with the individual than to pursue some abstract ideal woman (or man !).

The fact that my wife , for lack of a better phrase , "gets" me is more important to me than any commercial trappings or physical attributes (the fact that she is pretty considering my own ropey looks is a bonus !!)

Although while I agree there are many stunning Mediterranean girls , our sweetheart included , a soft Scottish accent still melts me.

Apologies if this sounds overly sentimental i'm just in that frame of mind

There's a story that when the Angles, a German tribe from whom the name England comes, first landed in Britain, their ships grounded at what is now the border between England and Scotland, and they separated into two groups.

The Acute Angles then turned north, and the Obtuse Angles turned south.
