is this Alizee?

My opinions:
- I can't imagine her doing that without any proof, nothing to a fansite to confirm it and to talk about it, etc... Who could believe that this little thing lost in the internet is really her own site??? She would be stupid herself to think that everybody will believe it in the first place...
- In English??? She has to reconquer her French audience before and above all. No French succes and I'm not even sure that she would try something abroad.
- The English mistakes don't sound like mistakes that a French learner would do to me. According to their country, each people do the same mistakes when speaking a given language. Maybe yourself can judge if those mistakes are the same kind of those that I do myself in English? I have serious doubt that it's a French person. Could be an Italian or a Spanish or a Polish or even an English speaking person instead.

what i think...its not her hers...
i dont think she would put up pictures that the paparazzi captured of her in a myspace page. and why would some of the people in her top 8 be people from the US?
but the 3rd album blog is convincing. the english isnt that great in the blog and we know that alizee isnt the best in speaking english.
but thats just my opinion.

I agree, the picture section is a dead give away that it is not actually her.

Not a chance in hell that it's her, much as I wish it was. No reason to do it all in English, no reason to be using recent paparazzi pictures (especially ones including her child, whom we KNOW she is very protective of), the English mistakes look like an American trying to sound foreign, no reason for a lot of the stuff there. Oh, not to mention the background (which I don't think is the sort of shameless self promotion she'd use), and the videos, which she would not be distributing in that fashion. Fun to wish, but foolish to hope.

(Looking some more, note as well the lack of "Madonna" is the people I'd like to meet section, and the presence of modelling and pornstar-wannabe "friends" links.)
