@VVV: ehh... I didn't care for Coco Avant Chanel. Not that she didn't do a good job, it's just that I found the story and plot such a bore, I stopped watching about 2/3rds in.

---
I just finished watching A Good Year for about the 8th time... this week, in addition to finally getting around to watching Being John Malkovich. Not my favorite film, it's only redeeming quality being the short thrill of seeing what John Malkovich would look like with breasts.

I love (and own) all the movies you listed, but I am particularly interested in what you thought of "L'auberge Espagnole/Les Poupées Russes".
Well I watched these movies a few years ago, and I loved them. My initial reaction was to immediately move to Europe, and in fact I contacted a few friends to see if they were willing to leave everything behind and move with me and a few other friends. Unfortunately no one was as willing as I was for adventure ;-(

I watched BLUE VELVET for the first time. I'll be honest, I thought it sucked majorly lol. I was completely bored by it. Looking forward to seeing Iron Man 2

I love Blue Velvet. Dennis Hopper was amazing and it's one of Lynch's more straightforward movies. Great use of music too.

Watched "Glory" last night. I thought the acting was terrible but seeing Matthew Broderick get shot several times in the chest made up for that.

I forgot to mention I saw this movie back in February and it was ok but nothing over the top, as far as Melissa's roll it was only that of a prostitute and the only words that came out of her mouth were a few moans and grunts... was expecting a little more then that ;-)

I haven't seen From Paris With Love, but I heard there's a part where Travolta goes into a McDonalds and orders a 'Royale with Cheese'. Pulp Fiction homage of course.

I just have to say, Ratatouille is probably the best film ever to have been made by Pixar
