I put this here since few members venture over to the OT section of the forum.

Making GIFs just got easier with Imgur's new GIF creation tool.

It's not working for me, I posted an url to a vid but I can't seem to get the part where you have to select a time frame working, I clicked but nothing came up.. I dunno if it's my browser.
